A couple of weeks ago, I went out with Katie and Ben and took a few engagement photos! I have been friends with Katie since maybe middle school? Highschool? One of those :) She was a bridesmaid in my wedding and I can’t wait to be in her wedding next month!! She is going to be such a gorgeous bride! Ah! They are such an adorable couple and they will both be serving in Cru in Austin, TX once they are married. I’m excited to see what the Lord has in store for them!! ok, so i don’t post every session or every wedding on here because i like to keep it mainly a personal blog but i just had to post this valentine’s inspired engagement session! last saturday i spent some time with jeremy and laura and what a sweet couple they are! it was absolutely freezing but we made it and took some photos outside (and i’m so glad we did!) i loved the valentine’s day-inspired props, the cafe, her ring (jeremy’s great-grandma’s)…everything about the day was lovely. here are a few photos from our time together….happy valentine’s day y’all!!

When I pulled up to where we would be doing this session, I got pretty excited. We took them on Kelsey’s grandpa’s farm and it was beautiful! Imagine Kentucky- rolling hills, barns, horses…lovely! I love places like that (out in the country) and I am SO glad that she mentioned taking them there! We hiked through the woods some where the lighting was great. Anywho, Adam and Kelsey are awesome. They are definitely a beautiful couple and I know that the Lord has great things in store for them. I’m excited for their wedding next June…it will be here before you know it! ;) Here are  just a few of my favorites from the session…

Jordan and I have known each other since elementary school…..since first grade! Jay has known Ben for a while too (I don’t think since elementary school…) so I was really excited when I heard that these two were engaged!! I hadn’t seen them in a while and it was great catching up with them. Their love for the Lord is definitely evident and I love seeing two people the Lord has brought together who truly love Him. It was also so awesome to see how much Ben adores Jordan.  Seriously, it is absolutely adorable! I could have posted a hundred photos but I had to choose just a few (and it was hard!) They are such a beautiful couple and by the end of the session, I think half of the pictures I captured was of them laughing. I love that! Anywho, here are some of my favorites from the session… I’m excited for their wedding in December!!

My goodness! I don’t even know where to begin….I’ve known Trish and Zach for a pretty long time. Really long. Like, they have been dating for over five years and I think I’ve known them both longer than that. They are getting married next spring and I am so excited for them! They both have such a heart for the Lord and it is so evident in their lives, definitely a beautiful thing. Trish shines has a contagious joy about her, which shows in these photos I think, as well. Anywho, I’m looking forward to their wedding and what the Lord has in store for their lives!! I had such a good time taking these photos and nope, the couch was not just lying in a field waiting for us. We brought it there :) And we also visited an old town which just so happened to match the oufits they brought perfectly. Woohoo! It was kinda hard to choose but here are a few of my favorites…
