Christmas is right around the corner and I can’t believe it! I love this time of year, and I love to have our house decorated for Christmas too. I wanted to share a few photos from around our new house this time of year. I’m sure I could have spruced things up a little more (haha, get it? “spruced”…I crack myself up) but we are on a budget here. So I did the best with what I had from our previous house but we did buy a couple of Christmas trees, some fresh garland, and some things from an antique store. I’ll share how I tried to decorate on a budget under a few of the photos…
These lovely prints were actually bought in a printable set for $5 here. I had them printed at Staples for $5 (but then later had then reprinted with the company who I order prints.) I found some gold frames from amazon for $15 each. They turned out great and were pretty inexpensive!
Here are a few photos from my office area. The “Peace on Earth” sign was an antique find from a year or so ago.
The “R” wreath was another inexpensive find found here. I just added some gold ribbon to it :) The miniature snow globes are from a DIY you can find here.
Joann Fabrics had some beautiful, inexpensive Christmas decor this year. I could have bought the entire Christmas section, probably.
I think the ornament on the right is one of my favorites yet! ;) Also found it at Joann Fabrics.
Your home is cozy, inviting and beautiful!!
So beautiful and cozy! Love the burlap and gold touches!
I think you have the perfect amount throughout. It seems so warm and inviting at your home. I love what you’ve done.
This is a tad bit late but…thank you!!!! :) Hope you are well!!
Love these and would really love to see more of your house. Christmas decorating is near to every woman’s heart, I think. Whether you are terrible at it, like me, or it is your favorite thing about the holidays! LOVE your little owl ornament.
wow. Soooo lovely! I am a bit behind and must get my Christmas decorations up!
Beautiful, makes me realize that Christmas is SO near!!!
