Last year, building our house 🏠 was the most exciting but definitely one of the most stressful things we’ve ever done! Jay and I look at each other often and say, remember when we lived in those airbnbs for months? 😵‍💫 (We lived at the lake house and different airbnbs for 8 months!)

We visited our land often for 2 years and envisioned what we wanted in our house, and seeing that come to life was really exciting. Having the kids as a part of the process and seeing them get excited too was so much fun.

Was it hard? Yes!! Was it a lesson in patience and many other things? Yes!! But I really think our patience and determination paid off 🏡 🥰
