This is one of my favorite times of the year not only because of Christmas, but because it also means I get to change up the decor in our house a bit. We don’t have a lot of space to really decorate a lot, but I try and use the space the best I can :) Since we’ve been married, I haven’t really spent too much money on Christmas decorations but each year I’ve been trying to add a little here and there. I’ve found the best places to look for inexpensive decor are Hobby Lobby, Joann Fabrics, and other little thrift or antique stores. Anywho, I took these photos after we decorated for Christmas a couple days after Thanksgiving….just a few small details around our house…

…nothing too fancy :) Anywho, Jay and I just got back into town from being in Tennessee this weekend. (I have some photos I can’t wait to share!) For now, I have some last minute things to do and also some tax things to start preparing for the end of the year. Fun, fun! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! :)

Love your simple decorations. I went small this year myself, only stockings and a tree w/lights and garland and I really like it. I haven’t bought new decorations in a couple years, so its nice to reuse what I have, but even just going more simple w/it too.

Love it!!! Got my tree yesterday for a birthday present….because I told my friends…no room for one this year(summer ferns taking up my livingroom lol) So they got me a live evergreen, with 5 bulbs on it and a star…..The most precious tree I’ve had yet!!! , cause it was given with love! LOL….You deffinately have a gift of being simple….in an “Elegant” way….both in your home and your heart!!!!Love Terra
