Wow, I can’t believe we are already a week into August. Where did this summer go? It has truly been a whirlwind! We have been so busy since moving into our house and I haven’t had much time to post anything for a while. Between moving, and weddings, and taking trips…it’s been a busy summer! These photos were taken probably two months ago and I had to share them. To me, these photos portray light– which I love.
If I were honest with you, the past year or so has been difficult for me. Just ask my husband :) It has not been an easy year. There are have been a lot of ups and downs, lots of emotions. Lots of stuff going on with my family and it hasn’t been fun. So when Reagan was born- she was a light, she was truly a gift. She (along with her brothers) have brightened up my days, and she has been such a gift through out this past year. I’m so grateful. God knows what we need and when we need it. She was one of those gifts that came at just the right time in our lives. So here are a few of my favorite pictures, just the two of us…

The look of your newly designed blog is pretty! BUT the colors are so washed out now the pictures of your home look well, washed-out. A DIY home blog should have vibrant pictures in my humble opinion =) Your green kitchen cabinets aren’t a pretty focal point in pictures, they just kind of fade into the background. Not sure if that’s what your seeing as well ….blue light filter
